Sometimes having a whole new kitchen fitted can be too expensive and time consuming. Changing the cupboard doors, replacing the worktops or fitting new flooring can have a huge impact and make all the difference, bringing a dated or tired kitchen back to life.
Picture 1 shows the kitchen with some of the old, dated cupboard doors. As the carcasses were in good condition and the layout of the kitchen did not need to be reconfigured, the easiest and most cost-friendly option was to replace the doors and handles only.
Picture 2 shows the new doors and handles fitted. The result is a cleaner, more contemporary look, which updates the whole kitchen. Replacing only the doors meant that the timescale for the job was much shorter and disruption minimised for the homeowner.
